Success Stories at G&W Electric

We create high-quality products, but we are not just a product company. We care about our people – customers and employees, and we want to tell their stories. These are our stories together, as we all are one family.

Club 25

Over the past year and a half, we have come to a new understanding of what it means to be a workplace community. Whether we come together in the office or online, people we meet when we come to work significantly impact our day-to-day lives. The workplace community at G&W Electric has grown and changed over many years, and every single team member, past and present, has had an impact. That said, the people who’ve had the largest impact on our shared community are part of a special club, and we’d like to take some time to celebrate them.

What is Club 25?

Mike Petrizzo of G&W Electric

Here at G&W Electric, we are lucky to have 46 employees who have been with us for 25 years or more in our US and Canada offices. We asked a couple of the newly joined members what some of their biggest takeaways are from their time with the company to celebrate them. When we talked to Mike Petrizzo, Senior Application Engineer and US Veteran, the words that came to mind were from John Muller, who told him prior to taking over a department: “The best way to eat an elephant is one bite at a time!”

Kris Cuthbertson of G&W Electric

The new Club 25 Inductee Kris Cuthbertson, Training and Operations Support Manager, spoke about the many changes and developments her career with G&W Electric has had, saying, “In 25 years, I’ve worked in at least six departments and even more roles. Be open to the career lattice and learn as much about the company as you can.”

Welcome to Club 25

By speaking to the values of perseverance and adaptability, these G&W employees are a testament to what makes our community strong and resilient. We are thankful for their contributions, and we hope to see many more members enter Club 25, enjoying their time there for years to come.
