Position Summary
Provide comprehensive support for all G&W products installed for national customers, adhering to the guidelines established by the sales process. Location: Based in Mexico City
- Provide high-quality service and customer support during field visits.
- Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing tasks.
- Diagnose technical errors or problems and determine effective solutions.
- Produce timely, detailed service reports and document processes in systems such as SFDC or JDE.
- workflow to schedules and cooperate with the production team to share information across the organization.
- Prepare quotes for requested services and spare parts.
- Conduct technical training sessions for the team and in classroom settings.
- Comprehend customer requirements to make appropriate recommendations and build positive long-term relationships.
- Operate tools and machines safely, following all company field procedures and protocols.
- Participate in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) campaigns, water/energy conservation initiatives, and ensure proper waste segregation by area.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering.
- Proven experience working with low and medium voltage electrical equipment (high voltage experience is a plus).
- Experience: * Minimum of 2 years in a similar position.
- Languages: Advanced English proficiency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
- General knowledge of Management Systems: ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
- Strong negotiation skills.
