Primary Responsabilities
Provide technical support, product demos, and training for existing products.
Support sales with quotations, spec reviews, and bid processes.
Collaborate with Application Engineers, Product Managers, and Project Managers.
Host customer visits, attend trade shows, and support pre-sales activities.
Collect customer feedback to drive product improvements and new developments.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (B. S.) in Engineering discipline (Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering degree preferred) from four-year college or university is required and a minimum 2-3 years’ experience working in an application engineering or comparable role
- Must be verse in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
- Must have the ability to multi-task, excellent phone skills, negotiating skills, technical writing skills, order specification writing and organizational skills
- Languages: Must speak and write English fluently. A third regional language is a plus
- Available to travel at least one week to two weeks per month to diferent cities in LATAM.
- Live in Mexico City
