Where can I find the hotel information? (For G&W Electric employees only.)
Employee hotel information will be emailed to everyone soon. Please check your emails.
Is there a discount code to register?

Is baggage check available?
Luggage allowed only in Meeting Room B. You are responsible for your own bags. The booth closes promptly at 5:00pm. Bags left in the room will be retrieved the next day.

Is there a designated meeting room for sales representatives to book for meetings?
Meeting rooms will be reserved on a first-come basis. Please set up your meeting with Michelle at [email protected]. Last day to schedule meetings will be January 30, 2026. After that, all meetings will be done onsite beginning Tuesday, February 3.
