We are looking for a passionate Sr. Data Analyst who will be part of our Quality department.  The successful candidate will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions.  Responsibilities include conducting analysis to include both internal and external performance related to quality and manufacturing.  Will also monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements, and participate in projects to implement those improvements.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with executives and other business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement and prioritize business informational needs related to Quality and Operations.
  • Clearly present complex concepts to a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Perform variable selection and model building.
  • Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business processes and decisions.
  • Structure large data sets to find usable information.
  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports to identify/interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  • Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
  • Analyze data to identify trends in product quality or defects with a goal of mitigating and preventing recurrence and future defects.
  • Perform related job duties as assigned.


  • Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline such as Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, etc.
  • At least 5 years of related work experience.
  • Experience performing statistical analysis on large data set
  • Advanced problem-solving training (Six Sigma, Red X)
  • Quality process management training (SPC, RCA, FMEA)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical abilities with good attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience with statistical software such as Minitab. Python experience also strongly preferred.
  • Experience with JDE is also helpful.

  • Ability to work in high-pressure situations and meet deadlines
  • Reporting and data visualization skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Experience working with quality management systems
