MEX Field Service Engineer (Mexico City)

Sumary position: Provide support to all G & W products, installed to national customers according to the guidelines established by the SALES process. *position for MEXICO CITY*
Activities:
– Provide equipment inspection services, control configuration, protection verification, talks, and training to customers in the field or remote support.
– Scheduling of repairs in the plant according to the workload and spaces available for attention.
– Manage all installation, repair, maintenance, and on-site testing tasks with customers for each service to be performed.
– Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine the appropriate solutions.
– Produce detailed and timely service reports.
– Document processes for ISO
– Operate equipment safely and use field automation systems
– Follow up on all the procedures and protocols presented by the company to visit.
– Solve the possible failures presented by the equipment in the field.
– Authorize the return of the equipment to the plant for major repair.
– Monitoring of repairs in the plant for information to customers.
Requirements
Education: Industrial, electrical, electromechanical engineering.
• Experience: At least 3 years in the industry.
• Knowledge of low and medium-voltage electrical equipment (desirable high voltage)
• Comprobable experience in Customer Support (3 years at least)
• Negotiation
• Office Microsoft
• Advanced English
Software management of the relays that are currently on the market (desirable)
• Availability of work at night, rest days and holidays
• Availability to travel within the National territory and LATAM
• General knowledge of ISO 9001,14001,45001
• Education for risk identification and analysis
• Emergency response procedure.
