Intern – Inventory Management

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Inventory Manager this position will address critical areas in inventory analysis, cycle count processes, inventory accuracy, and dashboard improvements.

Primary/Essential Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Tracking: Assist in monitoring and updating inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting of stock status.
  • Data Analysis: Help analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement, helping to improve inventory dashboard in RN
  • Reporting: Prepare and generate reports on inventory metrics, stock movements, and performance indicators.
  • Stock Reconciliation: Participate in periodic inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to identifying and implementing improvements in inventory processes especiallay in cycle process to be efficient and effecive.

Required Qualifications:

  • Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business or MIS Major
  • Sophomore, or Junior (preferred)
  • Understanding of Inventory Management principles
  • Data Analysis

Compensation and Benefits

Interns are well compensated with a competitive salary. Compensation is based on the number of years that you have completed toward your undergraduate/graduate degree or Ph.D. Housing is also available if needed.
